Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my sighing.
Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray.
Are we praying to God, or rambling in apathy and expecting Him to pick out what we need help with?
Is God capable of reading our minds? Yes.
Does He want us to communicate with Him and build an intimate relationship? Most definitely.
If we make clear our words to the Father, make them blameless, then surely he will hear us. He cannot deny the children of the Word.
We must call upon the LORD with our honest and innermost being.
